STARTERS
King prawns pan-fried with garlic and fresh coriander
Warm filo pastries with chard, feta, cheddar & mint & Fattoush salad

MAIN COURSES
Spiced leg of local Somerset lamb with pomegranate & balsamic jus, fresh-minted yoghurt, jeweled herbed couscous and greens
Braised Partridge breast with star anise and juniper butter sauce served with celeriac mash, braised red cabbage and greens
VEGETARIAN OPTION
Beetroot, butternut & carrot ragu with Hodmedod yellow split peas, fresh minted yoghurt, jeweled herbed couscous
Served with Celeriac mash or basmati rice delicately spiced & seasonal steamed greens

PUDDINGS
White chocolate mousse with candied lemon zest, pomegranates, raspberries, sea salt, olive oil & kadaifa pastry
Middle Eastern Mess – gooey meringues with cardamom cream, pomegranates, raspberries & pistachios
