We have over 14 years of experience catering large & small events. Whether you’re planning a wedding feast for hundreds of guests or a private party in your own home for a few friends, we can make sure your day is original and unforgettable.

Naturally, we can provide lots of delicious food and serve drinks you can provide, working closely with you to devise an original menu to surprise and delight you and your guests — maybe platters of mixed mezzes to serve with drinks or a banquet of lavish sharing boards, spiced tagines, multi-coloured salads and pyramids of jewelled, fragranced rice.

We can also organise every aspect of your event from sign-posting locations & styling. As well as arranging everything you’ll need on the day — furniture, crockery, glasses.

LEVANTINE FEAST

DIPS & SIDES WITH SPICED SOURDOUGH
Taramasalata with radishes
Levantine hummus with cumin salt
Muhamarra (Red pepper, walnut and pomegranate molasses)
Baba Ghanoush (char-grilled Aubergine dip)
Kalamata marinated olives

MEZZE/TAPAS SHARING PLATE
Pea za’tar and feta fritters
King prawns pan-fried in garlic and fresh coriander
Spicy lamb & beef Kofte with whipped tahini-dipping sauce
Real cure Dorset Salami, Serrano ham charcuterie
Marinated aged barrel feta
Served with cumin salt Leivito’s flatbread and zhug dipping sauce

MAIN COURSES
Roast chicken with miso, ginger and lime
Dry-aged local harissa beef sirloin with pepper & lemon sauce
Slow- cooked Salt Marsh lamb 48hr marinated with mint & cumin
Local beef kofte with lemon & celeriac

VEGETARIAN OPTION
Lebanese spiced chickpeas with aubergine, yoghurt & crispy pitta bread
Baby carrot tagine with honeyed & buttered pinenuts, served with jeweled couscous & minted yoghurt
Beetroot, butternut squash & Hodmedod split red lentil ragu with minted yoghurt

All served with Kosheri (Basmati & wild rice, fried onions and gently spiced) Herbed couscous, cumin & turmeric roast potatoes

SEASONAL SIDE SALAD
Couscous cherry tomato & fresh herb salad
Harissa & confit garlic roast potatoes
Roast beetroot with yoghurt & preserved lemon
Roast carrot & squash with chilli & preserved lemon dressing
Puy lentils & roast cherry tomatoes with capers, mint & chilli dressing

PUDDINGS
Passionfruit pavlova, saffron and cardamom whipped cream & seasonal berries
Levantine Knickerbocker Glory, halva, baklava, berries, date syrup, nuts and toffee ice cream
Whipped white chocolate with candied lemon zest, sea salt, olive oil & berries
Rich dark Chocolate & almond cake served with saffron & cardamom cream
Brickell’s ice cream

LOCAL CHEESES (OPTIONAL)
Westcombe cheddar, Stilton Somerset brie, Driftwood goat
Served with Miller’s charcoal biscuits and fig jam
